Purpose

We encourage employees, business associates and other stakeholders to report any suspected unethical and unlawful conduct, including bribery, corruption, fraud, conflict of interest, or abuse of power.
Protection Against Retaliation
Whistleblowers are protected under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010. The company strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone reporting suspected misconduct in good faith.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. All reports will be treated confidentially to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Investigation and Follow-Up
All reports are reviewed promptly and investigated as appropriate. Where misconduct is confirmed, corrective actions will be taken in accordance with company policies and applicable law.
