- Complying with laws and regulations relating to the fight against Bribery and Corruption failing which will cause significant risks to the organization.
- Committing to satisfy anti-bribery management system requirements.
- Establishing anti-bribery and anti-corruption control system and implementing continual improvements.
- Promoting the values of transparency and good corporate governance, encourage raising concern on the basis of a reasonable belief in confidence without fear of reprisal.
- Setting up an independent compliance function responsible for anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance in the organization with clear responsibility, authority and accountability.
- Violation of this policy is highly prohibited. If any parties are found in violation of this policy, they can face severe civil and criminal penalties in addition to disciplinary actions.
